Tuesday


"SUPER DONKEY KONG"
10 wallballs (ground floor)
40 65lbs Pushpress (roof)
30 45lbs kettlebell swings (4th floor)
20 Burpees (3rd floor)
10 pushups (1st floor)
400 meter run
10 wallballs
start with wallballs then run up to the roof for the first exercise, after you complete the exercise on each floor return to the ground floor the go up to the next floors execise.
