15 Pull Ups (Strict, Kipping, Jumping, or Assisted)
20 Dumbell Thrusters, 30lbs. (each DB)
50 steps, walking lunges (25 left/25 right)


Beginner:

3 Rounds for time of:

10 Deadlifts, 95lbs.
15 Pull Ups (Strict, Kipping, Jumping, or Assisted)
