Pyramid reps:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-...3-2-1
Kettle Bells 40lbs
Burpees
Do one KB swing one Burpee; Then two KB sings two Burpees and so on until to reach ten reps then work your way back down to one KB and one Burpee.
